What began in 2020 as an idea to bring together resources to combat human trafficking, has developed into a vibrant and collaborative network. The RIC has grown to include stakeholders from across the Mid-Atlantic region, representing victim services, advocacy and policy organizations, academia, community-based groups, first responders, healthcare, and government agencies. Guided by the expertise of survivors, participants come together to discuss best practices, develop policy, share resources, network, and break down silos.

To ensure we can continue to provide high-quality educational programming to you, beginning on January 1, 2026, we will implement an annual Professional Development Fee. *This fee will be waived for Survivors

Rates:

  • Individual Level: $50/year
  • Organizational Level (5 or more members): $200/year
  • Student Level: $20/year

If you or your organization are unable to meet this obligation, please contact Neil Mallon at nmallon@disrupttrafficking.org to discuss options.

As a member of RIC, you will receive access to all RIC events, including:

  • Access to monthly meetings (beginning January 2026)
  • Participation in expert-led subject-matter workshops: Child Exploitation, Legislation and Policy, Meaningful Survivor Engagement.
  • Networking opportunities and shared resources

All funds raised through the Professional Development Fee, as well as through additional donations and sponsorships, go directly towards supporting the activities of the collaborative and ensuring survivor leaders and consultants are compensated for all of their time and contributions to the work.

Thank you very much for all you do!
